  I'm Mark. My only (future) claim to fame on the Syndrome X front is that I'm working on a cookbook designed for people who are suffering from Syndrome X or who are in the risk group.
  
  I can probably provide some informal nutritional advice and some recipes, if there's interest.

    Hello, My name is Ted. I have already one bout of pancreantus, as a result of taking Norvir, an anti-HIV medication. My tryglycerides, were elevated to about 7000 for a while, until the pancreantitus. I currently have insulin resistance, and my tryglyserides are fair, but could be better. I hope to get from this tribe, an opportunity to share my imput, and also improve my health.
